Become a CLC Learner!

Community Learning Center (CLC) provides no-cost academic classes and life-changing career readiness training in order to empower and elevate adults in Philadelphia so that they may accomplish their education, work, and family goals.

CLC provides services such as:

  • Basic skills instruction in reading, writing, science, social studies, and math
  • High School Equivalency (GED and HiSET ) preparation classes
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)
  • Workplace basic skills and job preparation
  • Basic financial literacy 
  • Digital literacy and computer skills
  • Citizenship preparation
